At PowerSports Monkey, we ride as hard as you do — and we know you don’t have time to wait on parts when the bike needs to be ready. Our mission is simple: get premium parts, accessories, and apparel to you fast and affordably so you can spend more time riding and less time waiting. We operate 6 days a week (Monday–Saturday) with same-day processing on ALL in-stock orders and rider-focused support when you need it. No games, no hidden fees — just fast, honest shipping that keeps you on the throttle.
Domestic Shipping (48 Contiguous U.S. States)
- Free Shipping: Orders over $49 qualify for free standard shipping.
- Flat Rate: $7.99 shipping on orders under $49.
- Same-Day Shipping: All in-stock orders placed before 3:00 PM ET (12:00 PM ET Saturday).
- Delivery Time: 2–7 business days (varies by location).
Non-Contiguous U.S. Locations
We ship to Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico, APO/FPO addresses, and U.S. territories. Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on package weight and dimensions.
Special & Oversized Items
Items such as tires, wheels, oversized freight, and hazardous materials may incur additional shipping charges, which are clearly shown at checkout. Hazardous materials ship via ground service only.
International Shipping
We offer worldwide shipping. Shipping costs, duties, and taxes are calculated at checkout. Some oversized items may have shipping restrictions depending on destination.

Tracking information is provided as soon as your order ships. Our support team is available 6 days a week to assist with any questions or concerns.
Return Policy
General
- 30-Day Returns: Most items can be returned within 30 days of delivery.
- Damaged Items: Report damage within 3 days of receipt using our at customerservice@powersportsmonkey.com or call 412-509-3509.
- Exchanges & Fitment Help: Contact us for assistance before returning.
Return Guidelines
- Items must be new, unused, and in original packaging.
- Returns not in original condition may be subject to a 10–100% restocking fee.
- Using retail packaging as a shipping box will result in a 10% restocking fee (unless shipped that way to you).
Product Specific Rules
- Helmets: Must be unused, with helmet bag, and shipped in a box. Signs of use or missing accessories = restocking fee.
- Tires: Must be unmounted and unused. Used or damaged tires will be rejected.
- Clothing/Wearables: Must be new with tags attached.
- Non-Returnable Opened fluids (XPS, Kawasaki oils, coolants, cleaners, etc.).
